I would say there is really very minimal crime in this area. The area seems to be pretty safe. Its always good to have your kids check in even though the community is pretty safe.
I have not had any issues with this area for the most part. The park sometimes is a problem but issues seem to be taken care of pretty quickly. I would probably live in the area again.
