Quaint small town with lots of little shops of varying content. Many large farms surrounding the town. A few intersections and road corners could use some safety improvement, but overall not bad.

Molalla is a small community located in the outskirts of Oregon City and just off the beaten path of either the Interstate 5 or Interstate 205. Molalla has great opertuinty in growth and economy. The town officials haven't found their niche and could be more effective with their efforts in recent years spending and community development. The roads are terrible, there's one grocery store, and the only family entertainment was a bowling alley but it is shut down because of the previous owners irresponsible actions. Molalla has come along way since I moved here in 1995 but I don't think I can say that it's has grown to be what it is capable of either.
Just like any other up and coming town, Molalla is continuously under construction trying to better the life for it's residents. There's not much to do recreationally, but most residents are warm hearted and try involving people to try new things.
