Minster is a great community, everyone knows everyone, small town living is the best living. Minster's schools are some of the best schools in the area. Minster's athletics are superb, and continue the tradition of excellence with 36 and counting state championships.
Minster is a very welcoming town and a great place to call home. It is home to the Oktoberfest, a festival to show its German heritage. The town supports the school, its athletic teams, and band. Great place to raise kids.
No town is perfect. Even if there was, something is bound to happen sooner or later. My hometown has never had very many issues with break-ins and it has never had any issues with burglary to my knowledge. I truly feel safe at night whether is sitting out side enjoying a campfire or having a late night walk. Police patrol day and night so i have nothing to worry about. If anything, our biggest concern would be high school students car painting or toilet papering each other.
