I love the charming and quaint feel that comes with living in Mims. Living in Mims has pros and cons, being in the midpoint of beaches, city, and theme parks however everything is 45 minutes away.

Mims is a small town, when you go up to the local handy way the workers know your name and most (if not all) your family. The town itself is only a few measly miles long but the amount of support and care everyone has for eachother here is like no other. Everyone knows everyone and takes care of eachother as if we are a huge family.
Rural, small town with great people. There are a diversity of areas- from rural living to small subdivisions. Very family friendly and you are still close enough to shopping, with Daytona and Orlando near by.
