First off, it's super pretty. There are lots of trees and green spaces, which makes it feel peaceful and beautiful. The town is nestled in a valley, so you get these amazing views of hills and nature all around.
Another cool thing is that it's close to the ocean. You can drive to the beach in a short time and enjoy the salty breeze and waves.

Mill Valley is so lovely! I grew up here and I am a current resident. The inhabitants are friendly, laid-back, and very health-focused. The restaurants are spectacular and the bike paths and hiking trails are superb, all with a beautiful view of Mt. Tam in the distance. Nature is everywhere: redwood forests, bubbling creeks, and flowers bursting into bloom in the spring. It is a beautiful, safe town, only 32 minutes from San Francisco. A great place to grow up.
Mill Valley has been a great place to grow up, I feel fortunate to have access to the outdoors with such close proximity to San Fransisco. The quaint downtown area provides great food and curated shopping experience. The nearby education has exceptional opportunities for higher education.
