Mililani Mauka is the elementary school I attended. The faculty, campus, and students are very welcoming. The teachers I had every year, were very supportive of me and taught me to always do my best. I also made a lot of friends there and we still keep in touch. Another factor of Mauka that all former and current students would agree with me, is that they provide their students with fun activities. For instance, they have an oval field in the middle of all the grades's buildings, three playgrounds, a basketball court, and a giant field. Most of my recesses were spent on that field playing tag or playing kickball. They also have clubs for the students to participate in, like the gardening club. Behind the 5th grade building, there is a beautiful area with an abundance of plants and a big garden with all types of fruits and vegetables. All in all, I learned a lot of life skills at Mililani Mauka and it will hold a very special place in my heart forever.
Really over priced for the quality of the homes you purchased. More people move out of Mililani than any where on Oahu. The property size is undesirable, mostly ranges between 4500 to 6500 sq/ft lots. There are no Major Malls, Hospitals within 15 Miles, HOA fee and Association which is ridiculous. Not to mention the traffic. Waikele is near by and a better place to live and work. The crime must be seriously bad, they hire Police/Sheriffs on weekend to patrol their little community store.
