If you want to live in a town that cares about education, family, and presentability, Midland is the right match for you! Aided with money from the Dow and Dupont companies, Midland is a very wealthy community. A myriad of concerts are brought into town by the Midland Center for the Arts, as well as shows throughout the year by high school students in the area. Family friendly, Midland always has something going on whether it be the Dow Tennis Classic in February, or River Days downtown at the end of August.

Midland blesses the residents with it's many beautiful parks. Unique to Midland is the "Tridge," which is a three way bridge standing over a river. The greenery and flowers gracing your sight everywhere you look is something that seems to never get old. Midland can get a little boring, but during the summer they do a great job to always have something going on! Listening to local bands play, watching movies in a garden, and frequenting the local farmers market are just a few of the great activities for Midland's summer. The shopping mall is beginning to close down, which is quite the bummer for many of Midland's residents, but there are still many great stores in Midland that keep the shopping going! Try checking out many of the cute stores, restaurants, and coffee houses in Downtown!
Midland is a great city for families. It has great schooling systems that are advanced. There are also several parks and dog parks available. It does not offer much of a night scene for younger generations. The public library is not your ideal library and offers many community events as well. There is also a fine arts museum which has brought famous chefs and actors/actresses to the community. Overall, just a great city to be in to live or visit!
