My experience with Middletown Township has been great. I think that Middletown's best attribute is a friendly community and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are a new student or a new neighbor, everyone is so welcoming so there is nothing to fret! One thing I would change about Middletown is the activities. There aren't really many activities or attractions.

I find Middletown Township to be a very comfortable, safe, and friendly environment to be in. I enjoy that if your friends live close by you can walk or bike to them without being near heavy traffic. It is family-friendly and I would definitely not be nervous to take a walk at night with others. There are plenty of diverse places to eat and several indoor places to go when it is cold and rainy such as art places, escape rooms, and the movies. My favorite part is probably how close we are to the beach. It is about a 15-20 minute drive with nice scenery on the way.
Middletown, NJ is a large suburban township in the heart of Monmouth County. There is plenty to do from, and it is not far from the beautiful Jersey Shore. The great public schools attract a majority of its residents. Although the town is large, it feels like a community among its members. No one can beat growing up in Middletown!
