I've lived in Middleton my entire life, it was a great place to grow up with tons of activities organized like recreation t-ball, soccer, softball, football, etc. Great parks and trails to take advantage of. Very safe- many neighborhoods have their own community within with actives for residents and their families. Lots of great dining options & very close to downtown Madison.

I love living in Middleton. I have lived in a couple places in Madison throughout my childhood but mostly remained in Middleton. This is one of the most (maybe in the top 3) friendly places I've been. I have two younger sisters and we make weekly summer walks to the various parks around (Lakeview and Marshall). There is so many nice restaurants around town and all within a 4-5 mile radius of my house. There are numerous public events that happen at Lakeview park (Ice cream socials, bands and pick up soccer/football games). There is Lake Mendota that has boat and canoe rentals as well as a small beach. The trails to bike and run on are beautiful and well paved as they run through the Pheasant Branch Conservancy.
The town has many things to do! Not only is great food an option, but there are so many activities that fit anyone's need. I always have something to do in Middleton. The population is always helpful, and there is never a need to feel unsafe.
