Middleburg is a rural community that is not well off compared to other towns in the Central Pennsylvania region. The local public school is pretty good and their are multiple job opportunities in the area as well. This area does not house the most amiable people, but is generally safe. Being in a rural area allows for generally quiet days and nights, and Middleburg is an hour away from bigger areas such as State College and Harrisburg. Overall, Middleburg is a quaint town that is a little rough around the edges, but is a nice place to live.

I have lived in Middleburg my whole life. It is a small town. There isn't much crime. I do wish there were more activities though.
Middleburg is a very small place with a lot of heart and love. Churches, school events, and firehall activities are important and fill the little town. Some very good small restaurants.
