I have recently moved to Middle River in a quiet neighborhood. There are many shops and interesting things to do in Middle River, as at every turn there is something new. Additionally, the architecture here is beautiful. Many of the buildings are very old, and their architecture represents that. There are dangerous parts of Middle River, but the part I am in is relatively very safe.
Middle River has it's good and bad spots like most places do. The area around Target is probably it's most popular area. However, outside of a few stores and such, there is really nowhere noticeable within an arms length of fun things to do. The good news is that Middle river is within 10-15 minutes of almost everything you can possibly think of doing. In terms of living, research into areas will have to be done about the experience others have being there as there is some areas considered "sketchy". However, the cost of living is not as high as if you were in essex or any closer to the water.
Well I have been living in Middle River for about 8 years, the rest of my life I have been living in New Jersey. In the part of Middle River I lived in where there is a home and then 1 acer of land per house. Pretty different from where I used to live at. In Middle River I never any race problems between people, I notice mostly the whole community is white people, than some blacks and a bit of Hispanic. We are a bit from business, to get around where I live you need a car in order to buy somethings. Overall, Middle River is a pretty calm place, not much happens, but once you go into the city that's a different story .
