I enjoy the small town suburbia, outside of a major shadow like Pittsburgh. There is a mix of city life, business, boutiques, and history. There is a mix of rural counties, open back roads, and expansions of forest. It is cozy, and it is home. There is always somewhere to drive and somewhere to go to, with ease to also leave and visit surrounding areas. I thoroughly enjoy the area. I love living here.
Not a large amount of vacant or abandoned properties, cost is reasonable, best is Meridian, Butler Township, Center Township, worst is Butler City. Good quality housing in my area with variety of houses.
Private area, small town feel, new developments, restaurants, and stores. Nice people. Many different things to do. In the future, it will continue to develop.
