Meadows Place is a very friendly neighborhood. The cops are well known as hard asses, but they keep the children that play outside their homes and at the parks safe. The recently updated park has greatly increased the value and atmosphere of Meadows Place. The home owners association make sure homes are always presentable, and the community is very family oriented. Most everyone in the neighborhood know and look after one another. Aside from the location next to poorer neighborhoods, Meadows Place only needs to continue maintaining the area as well as it has!

The city of meadows place is amazing in my opinion. It is pretty much right in the middle of everything being 10 minutes from sugar land, and around 15 from Houston. They are doing a better job now of adding some more businesses in the area to open up more jobs. The city life itself is also great, because everyone in the city knows each other so we are all family. There are several events held throughout the year for everyone to come together and have a great time. If you have heard anything about this neighborhood you have probably heard of the cops and how they are everywhere. That is true too, but that is what helps make this city so great and protected.
Love that its a little city with its own mayor and police department. Everyone talks to each other and looks out for one another. We also have our own elementary school!
