the people in this town are extremely nice and considerate. I like how its close to town but not close at the same time. I have also never heard of a safety issue happening, i have lived in this house for 10 years and have never had a police car in my neighborhood. that being said, the schools are also amazing and I would 1000% recommend you to look for houses in mead Washington.
We live in a very nice neighborhood, the people are friendly and helpful, but we have experienced vandalism a few times.
