McMinnville is a growing community, with the wine industry booming in the Willamette Valley, art and culture has blossomed in the Valley. Home prices are rising which is good for current homeowners and those looking to invest. McMinnville lacks some of the opportunities of the bigger cities but what it lacks in convenience it makes up for in personality- the farms in the area are bursting with seasonal deliciousness especially during the summer season!

I have lived in McMinnville since I started middle school, and this town has been growing rapidly ever since. With the wine and marijuana industries booming, I have only been seeing exponentiation growth in every aspect of the town. We are building more and more homes, fixing the schools and trying to better the community. The only complaint I have, is that I do believe the town is a bit over populated.
