Maywood Park Reviews
Been here little over a month, super friendly neighbors, no speeding, speed bumps are a plus, speed limits are slower in neighbors than where I came from. Street extremely clean .
It has some nice property, but not much to do. Considering it's containment inside the general Portland area, it is alright, though. I have had multiple issues getting help from the police, though, considering it isn't part of Portland proper. If your property is stolen and found outside in Portland proper there is a great deal of bureaucracy involving where you turn for assistance.
Great place to live, close to everything and on/off freeways; 1-5, 205 and 84. Quiet near the Grotto, but transients & drug dealers also love it. Neighbors are friendly, caring and watch out for each other. Close to hospitals, clinics. Lots of choices for various food and grocery shopping.
