I've lived here all my life, and there have been a lot of changes. Changes for the better, and some that didn't do much for me personally. When it comes to food and restaurants, there's plenty to choose from. Shopping isn't too bad either, especially with Target or Wal-Mart. It isn't too far from the Beachwood Mall, which is a very lovely mall complex. Mayfield Heights has recently gone under road construction over the past year or so, and traffic was a bit difficult to get through, but I will admit that the roads were older and had a lot of potholes, so fixing those has made driving easier, even if I had to deal with traffic for a few months or so. Mayfield Heights has just about everything you would need within a few miles, so it's certainly a nice little suburb to be apart of.
Great area! Safe, every one is friendly and everything within walking distance. 20 min drive to downtown / completely happy with choosing mayfield heights to settle into.
