While it may be quiet with no large social gathering venue to attend every weekend, Maryland heights is a safe family friendly town with many different people of all shapes, sizes, and nationalities. A few local pubs, and the west port plaza make for a good evening out to eat, or out for a few drinks. You're never too far away from your destination and cost of living is always resonable.
There is very little crime and it is a very safe area to live in. Whenever you need emergency help, the police are quick to respond and are very helpful. The police make themselves known so it feels a lot safer as well.
I would like to see the cost of living decrease or at least show residents why we are paying so much. They neighborhoods are nice and quiet. The police are fair and the area has plenty of stores. Not alot of family friendly activities in the area.
