Maryland Heights is a neighborhood that constantly seeks to improve the quality of life for its community, embraces technological progress, and maintains its natural environment as much as possible with the ever-growing population.
As a northern suburb of St. Louis, Maryland Heights lives up to the city's namesake- the patron saint of the arts. The architecture is consistently modern here. Maryland Heights is a massive hub for the auditory arts, hosting many concert venues and support for aspiring musicians.

Maryland Heights has good public schools and is a safer area compared to where I used to live. The schools are fairly diverse and the high school has a wide variety of classes so students can explore their interests. There are also a fair amount of parks and natural areas that are nice in all weather. Being a suburb, some aspects of it are lacking, such as the restaurants and stores. There are only a few restaurants that are not a chain, including some more authentic Mexican food and BBQ restaurants, but other than that you need to do some driving for good food from a local business. The stores are definitely only large chains rather than local small business, but there are a larger selection of them so there is variety.
Maryland Heights is a great place to live. The parks are well kept and offer free gym equipment, picnic areas, and waterparks. There are also wonderful walking trails that take you to Aquaport, Creve Couer Lake, and Dog Port. The community center is fantastic and offers so many programs for kids and adults. And the Pattonville School District goes above and beyond. It's a great place for families to feel safe and have fun things to do.
