Martinsville Reviews
Rating 3.12 out of 5 50 reviews
Martinsville is a small hometown. You can enjoy the country side with hills, cornfields and dirt roads. Fall time football game lights, summer afternoons at the park pool and winters watching neighbors help neighbors. You can enjoy local boutiques and homey restaurants on the square and not to forget the famous Candy Kitchen where you can get homemade ice-cream and candy. Martinsville has a crowd of people and country side that makes you keep coming back.
I would like to see more open mindedness and diversity. The town square is growing with local businesses, which is great!
If you stay up past 8PM don't move here. Most everything close about then. Gas stations close by midnight. After that there is no life of any kind. The taxes are ridiculous. And all tho the people are friendly they don't seem well educated. So if your traveling south on 67 or 69 better stop in Indy or Mooresville for anything you may need.
