Marshville is a very small town that needs updating and an influx of businesses. Marshville, NC is the home of famous country singer Randy Travis, but other than that there is not too much that is interesting. Hall's Auction lies at the center of downtown, with auctions occurring on Thursday and Saturday nights. There is a wendy's and a bojangle's off of highway 74, and that's about it.
Marshville, NC is a small town with a very intimate social network. Perhaps it isn't what one would consider lively but it is a town with a strong social network. The country land is beautiful and it also happens to be the home of country music legend, Randy Travis.
Marshville is a great city if you are looking for a small town living experience. There aren't many options as far as schools, restaurants or nightlife. But overall, it's a safe town with very little crime.
