Marshfield is a historic town and has beautiful beaches. In the summertime, Marshfield is the place to be. Marshfield is home to the Marshfield fair and Levitate Music Festival. Both of these events are family friendly. Marshfield is also located in the middle of Boston and Plymouth. Marshfield is the perfect suburban town for families!
Marshfield is a small, seaside town that has a very strong sense of community. You get to know you neighbors, and they are always there if you need help. The town has a very diverse landscape, from wildlife sanctuaries to beaches and everything in between. The annual Marshfield fair is a must see, and the many beaches are another beautiful addition to the nice town. There is very little crime, and I think that the emergency services in this town genuinely care about the people. Marshfield is located only a few towns down from Plymouth, and it is a short drive (without traffic, of course) to Boston. Overall, the town is beautiful, the landscape is overwhelming, and the people are, some of the greatest people you will meet!
Living in Marshfield truly is a privilege, as the town is safe, welcoming, has a phenomenal education system, and the location on the beach is something not to be taken for granted. Halfway between Cape Cod and Boston, Marshfield is in the perfect location for traveling along the East Coast. Summers here are lively at the beach and on the river, and the school years are exciting with sports games and theater performances at Marshfield High School. The people of the town are friendly, and Marshfield's history dating back to the colonial times in part forms the personality of the town. I hope to see the cultural diversity of the town to grow, because when I grew up here, I did not encounter many people from different backgrounds and I believe that could only enrich the town's culture.
