I got to admit, when me, my husband, and my kid moved here not to long ago, my kid was really sad about moving. But when we got to our home, our son immediately goes to fully depressed mode to really excited mode. The neighborhood is really quiet and there are a lot of people that walk their dogs which is nice to look at. And the sound of birds chirping in the morning is really soothing. I really just have no complaints about this area. I feel like if I could suggest to anyone where they should live, I think this place would be the ideal pick. I already promised my husband that we wouldn’t move since we love this place so much and our home! You should totally consider getting a home here in Marlboro, NJ!
We've lived here over 20 years; the town is average. Local roads are very bad, so you may not want to have a nice car here. Communication from the township leadership in times of crisis is excellent. Many NYC borough people seem to love this town. Nightlife options are pretty cheesy, honestly. There's no charming downtown area to hang out like you would find on the Shore. Schools are fine.
Ever since moving to Marlboro 10 years ago, we felt that this is we’re we wanted to raise our children! You get the sense of a closed community with a nice local flavor, yet you are close to many areas that have the night life that is not here.
