Marked Tree Reviews
This is the town in which my college is located. The school is excellent for anyone searching for a two year education that is compliant to the Department of Higher Education guidelines. The town is small and simple. It offers a small amount of eatery and only a couple of stores. There are literally two gas stations there. However, if you wanna a small classroom experience with some topnotch professors, then check out ASU-Newport.
I have lived in this area for almost six years. I love the small town feeling, but the crime level in the lower income areas is very high. We do not see a lot of police in that area. I would like to see more police activity in those areas and to see them out more doing friendly things with the commuinty.
Our crime rate is very low in Marked Tree but as a bedroom community to Jonesboro, the crime rate is starting to rise there.
