Great school district, and friendly people all around. This community is family oriented and has tons of parks! Florida tends to be extra hot but they have the most beautiful outdoors sceneries. The beaches are so peaceful. There nightlife atmosphere is also a great way to spend time with friends and family. They have several bars, restaurants, and clubs to attend at any hours of the nights. There is plenty diversity as well. Margate is a awesome place to live!

I like that everything is so local. Also, it is a nice quiet area! This city has everything from your local supermarkets to your nightlife liking, for example nice restaurants, bars, parks, gyms, movies and etc.
Margate is overall a nice place to live, often the city promotes events for families, another activity for families is the Margate water park. However, homeless are often in the area which shows no care of authorities. Another thing is regarding safety, Margate is a fairly safe city but often cars are either being stolen or with their windows broken and having items stolen from inside the car.
