What I like the most about Manchester is the diversity of the population. The population consist of people from multiple ethnic backgrounds. Due to the diversity of the population there are many different types of restaurants in the neighborhood. However, the thing that Manchester is lacking the most is an affordable gym. There are gyms around but the monthly rate is far too expensive. The schools in the area are good and provide children the opportunity to study various topics.

The neighborhood is great; my family loves to walk through the neighborhood, and we have formed some good relationships with a lot of our neighbors. We also live very close to some restaurants, including a Starbucks that we like to walk to, especially during the summer and spring. There is also a small playground and pool that we enjoy using. One thing to consider about my neighborhood is that the houses need quite a bit of maintenance. My family has had to renovate a lot and replace things (the siding, the floors, bathrooms, etc.). The houses were built in the 70s/80s, so we happened to move in during the "renovating cycle," when a lot of updates and replacements are necessary. But, I think my family would agree that overall, we have had a wonderful experience living in this area. My parents moved here mainly because it would allow us to live in the Parkway School District area, which they still think was a good idea.
I truly like this area. It's conveniently located between the small town my family lives in and the city that I work in.

It's very family-oriented, seeing as it's almost entirely residential; and there are many surrounding apartment communities with young professionals, like myself.

I see the prices in this area rising, because it is building up and becoming more popular. People will need to move further West in order to have more land.
