There are worse places to live. But there are much better places, too. A lot of people here don't work. We have problems with drugs and obesity. Winters are long , cold, and miserable, but we do have a nice ski center at Titus Mountain. Most of the jobs are at the schools, the hospital, or the prisons. Small, local businesses don't seem to do very well.
Malone is a great place to live, but there is some down side to it. The job market is not the great unless you are in corrections or in the health care field. The up side it is family oriented and has a ski mountain close by.
