I love living in Malakoff. Its a very small town that not many people have heard of. Here we are a community. We may not get along at times , but in the end we are a family.
Malakoff is a small town in East Texas with one signal light and a few fast-food restaurants. I love living in a small town because most people you see in the grocery store, I know by name. The only downfall to living in a small town is news travels extremely fast so be careful who you associate with.
It's a really nice little town. The people are really nice and the school is very good academically and with sports. The football team at Malakoff went to the 5th round. The kids there are very disciplined and very respectful. I think that they are working their way up adding whataburger in their town last year and I expect to see better in the up coming years from there.
