Maize has exceptional schools, great neighborhoods, and multiple amenities located within minutes from home. Big city services in a small community.
Maize Kansas has a great schooling system. It is a very small town with 1 coffee shop. There are a couple of gas stations, a couple of fast food options a Menards, goodwill and that's about it. The housing is not that affordable to rent and jobs are very scarce in Maize.
