I have lived in multiple states in the paste 18 years. This area is generally a great place to raise a family. Only downfall is that there are not a ton of things to do without travelling a couple of hours. But that's also what makes it safe.

Geisinger hospital basically has the majority of employment in the area. From hospitals, to dr offices, to admin offices, etc. they are everywhere in this town and the surrounding areas.
Restaurants - there really is not any good places to eat in this area. Very limited selection, and those that are here are not stellar.
