Riverside is nice development. So close to everything. Good schools. Magnolia continues to grow. Good area to retire. Family oriented. Close to DAFB with homes to rent or buy.40 minutes to beaches. Golf course has good rating. Close to rt. 1 gives access to north and south cities. Low taxes brings many retires from other states.
Magnolia seem cool and calm to a good extent. But it's a small town with little or nothing much. More investments need to be put in place here to attract people, because people tend to emigrate from this town than immigrate.
There are even no public transportation system on the go in this town. Not even one; at least one (1) should be put in place.
