I've lived in this city for 16 years now, and I love everything about it! I love it so much that I'm on the Madison Heights Arts Board, a city boars with some of Madison Heights most creative people! Madison Heights is home to a beautifully diverse and growing community.

Madison Heights is a great place to retire from Detroit without disconnecting from the heart and soul of Motown. It has great ethnic diversity in restaurants and businesses and is super family friendly, oozing a charming Detroit atmosphere nestled outside the city. Centrally located, you can hit to 75 and head north to cottage country or the 94 south for exciting Detroit and Mexicantown nightlife. Hollywood Supermarket is centrally poised in the heart of Madison Heights, with quaint offerings and superb produce and health products, not to be missed!
Madison Heights is a very great city with super friendly people! Very diverse with a lot of places to explore. The school systems (Lamphere and Madison Heights) are great schools to send your children to. The city itself is pretty safe with police constantly patrolling the neighborhood. If you want to move to a great city, Madison Heights is the place to go!
