Lutz Reviews
Rating 4.14 out of 5 130 reviews
Lutz is an exclusive community that is exceptionally difficult to get into. If you get an opportunity, take it! The “heart” of Lutz is at US41 and Lutz Lake Fern. Lutz features some of the wealthiest properties of Tampa suburbs such as The Sanctuary, Wellington Manors, Lakes of Wellington and numerous lakefront properties with ample green space. Lutz houses some of the best educational institutions in the state of FL with Lutz Preparatory Academy and Sun Lake Academy of Math and Science. Several churches such as Idlewild Baptist Church, Grace Family and Creekside Church. Downtown Tampa a small drive to the south. Lutz has ample shopping at outlets and wire grass with a nightlife, numerous restaurants, and family activities such as Ice Rinks, Arcades, bowling, laser tag, lagoons, and parks. One can truly live the city life with luxury of a large suburban home with land. It contains a rich history with dedicated monuments. Lutz is the best town I have ever lived in!
Lutz is nestled in the suburbs of Tampa. "Convenience" is one of the first words that comes to mind when I think about where I live. In under thirty minutes, I can be in Downtown Tampa, surrounded by towering buildings and vivacious city life. Yet, the quiet comfort of living in a suburban area is still mine. Living about an hour and a half away from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios is convenient for getting the thrill of amusement parks without the tourist atmosphere. And if I ever want to stay more local for an adventurous day, Busch Gardens and multiple beaches are right within my reach! From the people I meet on a daily basis to biking down the sidewalks of my town, I have thoroughly enjoyed being a resident of Lutz.
It's simple, and small. Mostly nice people, very quiet and nice for a small family. Nothing crazy ever happens. It is a peaceful place with very little problems. You can find housing to be pricey, but the Edward Scissorhands movie was actually made in the town. Which is very interesting if someone is very intrigued in the creations of Tim burton's art style. Besides that, their doesn't appear to be much history or anything really interesting, every day is about the same and that's all anyone can ever hope for in a time we are in with prices going up Lutz doesn't change that, but it makes its stance being a quiet place, with a community that is mostly friendly .
