Loxahatchee Groves Reviews
I love living in this community. The locals are great, the businesses are well supported and it’s growing!
It used to be a great town (I grew up here). However, in the past few years they have allowed more and more development to come in, ruining the rural feel of it. This has brought more crime, higher housing prices and just a general decline in quality of life. It’s heartbreaking to see what was once a great place to raise kids turn into basically a carbon copy of Broward County (an equally terrible place to live).
Loxahatchee is a rural town located west of Royal Palm Beach. This quiet town offers spacious lots for building homes, along with stores, restaurants, and other businesses. A housing development called West Lake now offers more housing opportunities. Loxahatchee is perfectly situated between the beach and multiple down town areas such as West Palm Beach's City Place. Once here, you will ever want to leave.
