The roads are really bad, and they are almost always being worked on. There are a lot of little diners and restaurants which are great to go to, but not a lot of good date spots for young people, hangout venues, or fun things to do. There are a lot of intersections for the roads and middle-aged conservative people who have moderate jobs and not a lot of city life/night life/networking opportunities.

There are no huge crimes going on here that make it to the news or anything, I'm not even sure there are any crimes committed at all. There are police driving around and doing their jobs on a daily basis. I feel this area is a very safe place to be.
This area is quiet and peaceful. The people here are kind, helpful, and respectful. There is no crime that I know of, any crime is rare.
