I have lived here all my life so you can call me biased if you want, but that's fine. Lowell is filled with residents who are very concerned about the town in which they live and a city council with ears that are open to public ideas and issues. This is a fine place to live.
Lowell is a great town to live in. It is close to major cities in the area and it is a peaceful and quiet place to live in. Lowell has great public schools and great parks to visit.
