I have lived in Loveland for 8 years now. I really do enjoy everything about living in this town! The majority of people are very polite, nice, courteous and friendly. The town has a small-town feeling but it is pretty big in size and variety in shopping places. There are beautiful parks and lakes all around town to take children, have a picnic, or a lake day. The snow plows are very good about cleaning the roads early in the morning before people start leaving for work. Loveland is not a party town, which means it is very quiet after 9 pm even on the weekends. I personally enjoy this because there is not a lot of chaos at nights since I live close to downtown.
I would really like if there were more diverse local food places to choose from and fewer chain restaurants. It would also be appreciated if there were restaurants that stayed open past 10 pm, especially on the weekends.

Loveland is the most amazing place to live! The serenity and majesty of the mountains tower above the quaintness of the land of love.
From mountain tops to valleys, Loveland’s beauty is unmatched! Just miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park one can be in the wilderness and in touch with creation in less than an hour. Drive south an hour and the convenience of Denver is at your beckoning. Not interested in city? Travel north an hour and the Wild West of Wyoming is waiting for you! Loveland is truly the land of love placed in the most amazing state!

Loveland, CO cannot be matched when it comes to the perfect place to live! I never cease to be amazed when my eyes lay hold of the Rockies that sprawl west of waiting for adventure!
I lived in Loveland from 2013-2014 and really enjoyed it! The mountain views were breathtaking, the majority of ppl there were transplants who seemed to appreciate the town like I did, which just made it more interesting. There just seemed to be a contagious friendly atmosphere and so much to do! It was a small city with a suburban feel to much of it and you were right in between Denver for city life and Wyoming to the north to enjoy the outdoors mountain country. Only down side was it was a bit pricey and we didn't have any other family there, which is what brought us back to Michigan.
