I have lived alot of different towns and States, Longview out of them all is by far my Favorite! The people are great and neighborly, the city has an awesome layout and talk about eating places, longview has a plenty to choose from.
The schools are top notch, tons of team spirit here, even with several different school teams the fun rivalry is exciting on game nights.
They always have some fun entertainment going on downtown and the shopping is lovely, Longview is a beautiful place that wouldn't let you down.
I am proud to be apart of Longview the hometown of The Great Ballon Race!

Longview is a nice and cozy little town. Its the perfect place to raise a family or retirement. Its a small town so everyone knows everyone! I was born and raised here. Longview has given me great memories! Longview has the perfect balance of attractions like a big city would have, but without the over-crowded population and traffic. And not to mention the beautiful view the lush green pine trees that surround our area, which is an added bonus!
I find Longview Lacking in several areas, I have moved away many times but I always came back because of my family being here, especially my Dad. Now my Children are here and that is the only reason I stay. Longview has a high crime rate especially for murder and drugs. The police in this town are corrupt and the legal system here is not designed to help people change their lives for the better, it is designed to set people up for failure so that the County Jails can make money from people being incarcerated in the jails. The prices on rental properties are outrageously high and the amount of money that employers want to pay their employees make it very difficult to make ends meet. I hate Longview if my children were not here I would not still be here either.
