The school system is one of the best in New Hampshire, from grade school through high school. The curriculum is very challenging yet still over 75% of HS students are on the Honor Roll. Teachers and staff truly care about each student.
It is a beautiful community. There is alot of constructionfor new homes and afforable condominiums. The parks are very clean and well kept. The town committee is always thinking of new ways to get the community involved and families doing activities together.
The commute to Boston, Seacoast & White Mountains are all within an hour. So whether you want to swim at the ocean, ski in the White Mountains or go into Boston for festives, Londonderry is not to far away.
Londonderry is still an upcoming town in NH and in my opinion, one of the best places to reside in.
I have lived in this area all my life. I raised my children here and have been involved with many sports leagues. There are many organized sports teams to choose from ( baseball, soccer, football, cheerleading, etc) to keep kids involved through their teenage years. School system is academically and sports orientated. The HS Band is the best in the Nation! It is a growing community close enough to city life, but still country living.
