The high school is decent. Amazing staff members that seem to love their jobs and care about the students, but the students are dreadful. Smoking and fighting in the bathrooms, dreadful behavior at dances. The school is good, except for the students. The school has a great vocal and theater department.

Not too much to do as a resident, as everyone seems to have visited the caves, which are absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend this as a vacation destination. If you do visit as a tourist, make sure you see the goat and reindeer petting farm next to the Olde Dutch and swing by the mini golf course while you're there! Very homey feeling, but if you are a young adult, it can be a boring place to live. I think it is a great place to raise a family, however.

More could be done to increase the nightlife for residents and tourists alike, but it seems like there are a few things in the works to make downtown better for everyone.

I love the town I grew up in! However, I have always thought that Logan lacked restaurants and places to shop... there are a good selection of things to do thought so that makes up for it. You could go visit the caves, go ziplining or even go kayaking (one of my favorites). There are also tons of places to go fishing, something that never gets old! Logan is a family friendly town with an awesome school system, I'll always be proud to be a Chieftain! Lastly, although Logan is a fair sized town, it's always been interesting to me that it's still possible to somehow 'know' everyone who lives there.
I have lived and worked in Logan for the past 8 years. It is a tourist destination for those who love nature, camping, and adventure. There are several state parks in the area for hiking, ATV, camping, ziplining, canoeing, kayaking, and shopping. There is always something to do, and new people to meet.
