I live in an area of older homes. It is very close to public transportation, close to the city and major highways. It is convenient to shopping and entertainment. Things have changed a lot in 15 years. Lots of people lost their homes so there are abandoned houses. The area used to be be pretty but the abandoned houses make it not so nice anymore.
I live in a duplex and I really love living in Pikesville because you can have privacy in your household since it is very quiet and peaceful. When I lived in Owings Mills, the area at first was great but when the community started growing, the area became overpopulated and I began to get uncomfortable living in that environment so my mother and I moved to Pikesville.
I enjoy this area because it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Also, the neighborhood has friendly neighbors and a safe environment.
