It's a small community that's growing rapidly. It's affordable and the commute to Denver isn't that bad. It's a great starter home community.

I have moved their recently and there has been no problems. Our neighbors are super nice and welcoming. Although where I live there has been construction on the road for awhile now and it would be nice if they would finish it soon.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! City of Lochbuie water billing is confusing and they don't care. They give you 3 different dates, but miss a date to pay your water bill, they shut it off and give you excuses on how you are the stupid one. For a small crappy town, they offer nothing besides a Subway, over priced gas station and a run down Family Dollar store. The city is very proud on making sure your water bill is confusing and take pride in turning it off! Move somewhere else!

Lochbuie is a cute neighborhood to live in, but I would like to see Lochbuie grown in the future having more stores or places to hang out.

Lochbuie is an excellent small town but does not offer many amenities. You will travel to neighboring cities for nearly every task but it's worth coming home to a quiet neighborhood.

I love that Lochbuie is a small town in southeastern weld county, that is quiet. All the people each other and watch after each others children when they are out playing. As the years pass we are expanding in size, new housing developments are being installed, as well as a new elementary school. Its a great town to be apart. One thing I would like to change is the rate at which its growing. It feels like its growing rapidly in a blink of an eye.

It is a friendly neighborhood. No crimes. There is really nothing to do, 1 gas station, 1 liqour store, 1 restaurant (Subway)

Home sweet home. Lochbuie is a small friendly town in Colorado, with big open warm arms. It is a great town with a quiet nightlife, a super close elementary for families with children, and a very safe environment. Looking around, Lochbuie is a simple nice town with growing opportunities, as it is being renovated and upgraded. This town is fairly away from Denver (about 30 mins) where most people work, however the closest city to Lochbuie is Brighton (10-15 mins away) which has great stores, restaurants, auto shops, libraries, etc. I've lived in Lochbuie for 5 years and LOVE IT, it quickly became home and my neighbors became family. Lochbuie is honestly "Home Sweet Home".

The town is safe and friendly. It is perfect for raising a family. The town is close to a grocery store, yet far away from the busy city life.

Lochbuie is a very small town about 45 minutes from Denver. However, it is steadily growing and expanding. There is an elementary school located in the middle of the town with a middle and high school located about fifteen minutes North.

It's nice and quiet. The neighbors are friendly. It's not large and there doesn't seem to be a lot of conflict.

Plenty of restaurants but night life is rare

Plenty of job opportunities for minimum wage or slightly higher
