It's a quite small town located in the heart of the Central Valley in Cali. The town is mostly known for its agricultural farm work and the known to be the number #1 grower for sweet potatoes in the world! With an annual Sweet Potato Featival every year the town celebrates the cultivation for sweet potatoes. The town is known to have gang activity has decreased in recent years. The diversity is great, 80% Hispanic/Latino origin, 15% Indian, and 5% white. Other than if you like a small, quiet, diverse town that doesn't grow then this town is for you!

Living in Livingston has so far been a great experience. Livingston is a small town but despite its size, it offers a variety of opportunities. Currently, Livingston has around eight fast food restaurants, three grocery markets, two pharmacies and a lot more to offer. Livingston also hosts a Sweet potato festival during September in dedication to the local sweet potato companies and the biggest firework show in the valley for the Fourth of July. Overall, Livingston has a lot to offer and has so far been a great expirience living here.
The city is a small and safe place with a diverse population. It is growing and although there isn't much to do inside Livingston, there are near by towns with a variety of shopping centers, activities, nightlife, etc. Livingston is a hidden treasure.
