Working in Livermore
While working and having relatives in Livermore, I have became familiar with the area. Livermore is known to be one of the most popular wine regions in California. The local wineries are great for social gatherings! It's also very family oriented with great hiking trails and other outdoor activities for family outings. One of my favorite venues is Del Valle State Park, which fantastically ran and well kept facility that I have come across. Del Valle is a favorite outing not only from the local residents but from people around the Bay Area. Another fantastic option of Livermore consists of Downtown scenic communal area known as "First Street." It has a wonderful and variety of different store boutiques as well amazing food at the local restaurants. The restaurant options include BBQ, Italian, Japanese, Chinese Greek, Thai, & other diverse options. Life - whether it would be living or visiting Livermore it is overall a pleasant experience!
Livermore is a great city to raise a family. The schools are great! The downtown is great! Lots of community events. Annual wine festivals, children's fair, rodeo, running events. Weekly farmers markets, summer activities, etc. Many parks and lots of outdoor areas to explore. Unfortunately, it stops at 4 stars because of how expensive it is. Such a bummer because we would love to stay and continue raising our family here, but it's so expensive. It's just not worth the stress. If looking for a great area of Livermore to live in, Springtown is a great, down to earth, diverse, low crime area.
Livermore is very beautiful and pretty safe community. It has great schools and a beautiful downtown to explore through. Many amazing restaurants and local wineries to try if you are ever in the area! Traffic can get a little crazy being that it is in the Bay Area which can be a bummer but if you do not have anywhere to go then it is an awesome, cozy town for singles to families!
