Littleton Reviews
Rating 4.06 out of 5 17 reviews
Littleton is a nice town in northern New Hampshire. It has a wonderful downtown. I would strongly reccomend visiting Chutter's, a great candy store and the world's longest candy counter. Chutter's is right in Downtown Littleton as well as a cute small movie theater and the Littleton Diner. Littleton is also very close to the White Mountains, and very close to Franconia Notch, which includes the Flume Gorge and the Basin. There are many stores and restaurants along route 302 such as the 99, Lowe's and the Home Depot.
The town is trying to grow, but its people are mostly stuck in their old ways. The amounts of construction that never seems to end is ridiculous. Also, the poorly planned pick-up and drop-off at the elementary school makes every day a hassle twice a day. Add in construction right before the school and you have easily a half hour wait, just to pick up your children.
Littleton is a fast growing town that embraces the small town charm but yet has a little of the city hustle and bustle. The main street has many little shops, restaurants and its famous Chutter's Store.
