Spring and Summer are very humid, Fall and Winter are very dry. Frequent changes in temperatures, and Summers are often thought to be very uncomfortable. Area is not accustomed to snow/ice, everyone gets nervous over the first snowflake. Rain makes the roads very dangerous at times.

I would not want to be anywhere else. There is always something new happening. I see a big future for our area. We Always have something new coming to town, and we are growing as a community.
The store most people go to is Wal-Mart. There are a few more upscale stores like harris teeter. You can usually get everything you need around here.
