Nothing is overcrowded, the people are nice and approachable, and it's a short drive from anything you might want to do. It would be nice to see more signs on the street showing approved parking hours.
There is a small town feel. Little Chute sits just outside the bigger suburban city of Appleton. We are about halfway between Green Bay & Oshkosh. There are bars, restaurants, & small shops within walking distance. There are local police & fire for an added feel of safety. Property taxes are lower here than in Appleton.
