Lincolndale is a very family friendly part of town in Westchester new York. I like the family friendly vibe as well as the close distance to schools and police stations. I really like Linconldale however there are not a lot of job opportunities. Lincolndale lacks a town center as it is mostly residents. Also, some homeowners pay very little taxes while others pay a lot more And I think the real estate taxes should be reassessed. Lincolndale's small and community-based feel makes it an overall good place to live.
Neighbors are friendly and there when you need something, always a babysitter available
Weather is good. Winter can be very bad though, big storms
