There are many places in this community to grab a bite to eat, and they are all very satisfying. Whether I'm in the mood for Chinese, Italian, Mexican, or anything else, I just have to drive a few miles and make my order!

There are many local stores in my area, being a touristic area in the summer, but many of the bigger name stores lack good conditions. The local home owned stores are also very over priced, but have for the most part great quality. They all are very friendly with amazing staff, but tend to be very reliant on management since they tend to hire new employees every summer
Benton Harbor has crime but it doesn't happen in St. Joseph. There have been a few cases of car burglaries, but other than that the St. Joseph/Stevensville area is very safe.
