Lido Beach Reviews

I love living here. It's a beautiful place to live, truly. The people, the location, the beach - it's all wonderful. MY main complaint however, is that it's inconvenient in comparison to other places on Long Island. I wish the public transportation to other towns on Long Island was easier! Long Island, however, is difficult to travel around without a car regardless. The area is very safe, friendly, and unique - out of places to live on LI, this is a great one. However, I personally would choose to live somewhere more eco-friendly in the future. Unfortunately, I could see this area being devastated by the effects of global warming in the future.

Great beach town that is close to the big city, but far enough away you don't feel suffocated. Beautiful, clean beaches, and a great boardwalk. Quiet parts and fun night life too.
